Do I need a card to start?
No. Start is free forever: up to three active clients, chat, calls, scheduling and a catalog profile.
Who are the “Founders”?
The first 50 approved therapists. They get Practice free for 3 months, and then for 1 499 ₽ a month forever, as long as the subscription is uninterrupted. Plus the “Founder” badge in their profile.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your link with a colleague. When their application is approved, you both get +2 months of Practice. You can accumulate up to 12 months.
What is the knowledge base?
An AI assistant that answers your questions from the psychotherapy books and articles in the Mentavita library and shows the source. If the library has no answer, it says so. Available on Practice and Pro (and in the free months of Practice). It is reference material: it does not replace clinical judgement and supervision.
How many live streams can I host?
On Start — one live stream per calendar month (a stream you started counts; streams where you are a co-host do not). On Practice and Pro — unlimited.
How does session recording work?
Recording is turned on only with the client's consent. Audio is needed only for transcription and is deleted right after it (within a day); the text and notes remain.
What happens if I run out of AI sessions?
Consultations, chat and calls keep working. AI tools become available again in the new month — or you can switch to Pro.
How do I pay and cancel?
With a Russian bank card — the same as clients. You can cancel at any time in the “Plan and payment” section; access remains until the end of the period.
