Write articles and answer in the community. When a question on your topic appears, you get an invitation to answer; under an article, the “The author is accepting clients” block leads to your profile. Achievements and the “Answers in the community” mark are visible in your profile.
Live streams with co-hosts, questions and polls. The “Book” button opens your free slots over the stream — a viewer picks a time without leaving the stream. On Start — one stream a month, on Practice and Pro — unlimited.

Set how many hours before a session a client can cancel without consequences (24 hours by default) and describe the rules in your own words. The client sees them before cancelling, and a late cancellation is noted in the session history.

If signs of a crisis appear in a client's AI chat or in a stream chat, the person immediately gets emergency contacts, and the message in the stream is not shown to viewers. The therapist's overview only notes that crisis support was triggered, without quotes.
A moderator reviews every profile. The “Verified specialist” mark appears when education documents are accepted; clients can filter the catalog to verified specialists only. The mark is not for sale.
